Terry's Tradies Pty Ltd trading as Terry's Gold Coast Smart Locks warrants its installation labour and services for twelve (12) months from date of install. Burg-Wächter guarantee their products for the period of time displayed on the product packaging from the time of purchase. In the event that the product fails due to faults in the manufacturing process or defects in material content, we will replace the product free of charge. This guarantee does not extend to misuse where the product has either been abused or used for purposes other than which it was designed. Regular maintenance is required in accordance with the instructions to comply with the warranty. This guarantee does not affect your statutory rights.
