Ordering the right partOrdering the right part

Accessories are rarely universal. Before ordering, confirm three things: the exact lock model and item code, the backset if the part is a latch or bolt, and the finish if the part is visible once installed.

Note
Retrofitting to a door that already has hardware fitted? Measure the existing hole positions first. A scar plate is usually cheaper and neater than filling and re-drilling. When you need a scar plate.

Common questionsCommon questions

Question
Will an accessory from one brand fit another brand's lock?
Occasionally, but do not assume it. Cylinders, spindles and latch backsets follow common conventions, while escutcheons, modules and gateways almost never cross brands. Check the model compatibility on the individual product page.
Question
I only need one part. Do you sell spares separately?
Yes. Most items here are individual spares rather than kits, which is the point of the category. If a part you need is not listed, contact us with the lock model and we will confirm whether it is available.
Question
Can adding a gateway make my Bluetooth lock work remotely?
If the lock is on a platform that supports one, yes. A gateway bridges the lock's Bluetooth radio to your WiFi network, which enables remote unlocking, remote code issuing and notifications. What a gateway does.
