- Contact Terry's Tradies Pty Ltd and its associated websites, trading names, and subsidiaries via our Returns & Warranty page to initiate your claim.
- Have your proof of purchase ready � order confirmation email or receipt.
- Where a return is required, ensure the item is in its original condition with tags attached (unless the item is faulty). Send via registered post � you are responsible for the item until it is received.
- Once the item is received and assessed, a replacement of the same item will be arranged if the claim is approved.
Exclusions
- Items purchased at a sale or discounted price are not eligible for refund (exchange or warranty assessment for genuine defects may still apply � ).
- Items returned outside the 30-day return window that are not faulty.
- Items returned in a damaged or soiled condition where the damage is not a manufacturing defect.
- Items lost in transit when returned without a trackable or registered postage method � the customer bears responsibility for items until received.
- Wear and tear from normal use.
