Eligibility: Smart locks must include a physical key cylinder. Smart locks without a mechanical key override are not compatible with this service.

Pricing Basis: Charged per lock rekeyed. One lock is treated as the base key, with each additional compatible lock rekeyed to match.

What This Service Includes

• Mechanical rekeying of each eligible smart lock to one matching key.
• Locks supplied keyed alike where the specific model allows.
• Professional locksmith handling completed prior to dispatch.

What This Service Does Not Cover

• Does not change Personal Identification Number codes, fingerprints, mobile application access, Bluetooth, or WiFi functions.
• Does not add a backup key to smart locks that do not include a mechanical key cylinder.
• Does not rekey smart locks already installed at another location unless separately arranged.
