ASSA ABLOY branded products are covered by a 10 Year manufacturer warranty against defects in materials and workmanship, subject to limitations:
  • Electrical & electronic components: 5 years
  • Cylinders & keys: 3 years
  • Batteries and cosmetic finishes: excluded
  • Removal, refitment and labour: excluded
Warranty applies to products purchased new in Australia from ASSA ABLOY or authorised resellers and is subject to exclusions including misuse, incorrect batteries, corrosion/coastal exposure, unauthorised modification and use of non-genuine parts.
This warranty is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

  2. Return the product to the original authorised retailer where applicable.
  3. If claiming directly, obtain a case number before returning goods.
  4. Securely package returned goods and clearly reference the case number.
