The McGrath G3 Gateway (MLG3GWPOE) is a versatile device designed to connect your smart locks and devices to a Wi-Fi network. By using this gateway, you can remotely control your lock via the TTLock app, allowing you to manage access, change permissions, and lock or unlock devices from anywhere in the world. The gateway works within a 10-15 meter range of each lock (depending on environmental factors) and can support up to 100 locks.

The McGrath G3 Gateway functions as part of a mesh system, enabling multiple gateways to work together. If one gateway goes offline, other gateways within range will automatically take over, ensuring uninterrupted control of your devices.

  1. Installation Labor and Services Warranty
    • Duration: Twelve (12) months from the date of installation.
    • Coverage: Our skilled technicians guarantee the quality of their work during this period.
  2. McGrath Locks Product Warranty
    • Subject to the conditions, exclusions, and limitations outlined below, our products are free from defects for the following warranty periods:
    • Electronic Products: Twelve (12) months.
      • Additional Extended Warranty: If a licensed and accredited Locksmith/Security professional installs the product, we offer an extra 12 months of coverage. Proof of installation (e.g., an invoice of works) is required.
    • External Housing: All products come with a standard 12-month warranty.
      • Additional Extended Warranty: When installed by a licensed and accredited Locksmith/Security professional, we extend this warranty by another 12 months.
    • PCB Boards and Electrical Components: Covered for 12 months.
      • Additional Extended Warranty: Installation by a licensed professional grants an extra 12 months of protection. Proof of installation is necessary.
