Client Brief:

  1. Remote Guest PIN Management: The lock must allow remote management of guest PIN codes.
  2. Client Not Present: Despite being over 1,500 km away, the client should have this capability from the installation date.
  3. Existing Pull Handles: The lock should fit around the existing large pull handles.
  4. No Lever Design: A lever would clash with the current pull handle design.
  5. Urgency: Implementation must occur before guests arrive today.

After evaluating various options, we chose the Igloohome Retrofit Lock. Its key features include a remote-mounting keypad (perfectly complementing the existing pull handle) and secure administration without requiring a WiFi bridge. Plus, it meets all other client requirements.
