It combines five everyday access methods - Bluetooth app, PIN code, RFID card, optional fingerprint and mechanical key - with built-in 2.4GHz WiFi for remote access straight through the TTLock app, with no separate gateway required. That is the one difference that sets the 59410 apart from the 59405, 59406 and 59407, which all need the 59419 WiFi gateway hub before any remote feature works.
The lock is managed through the TTLock app (iOS 
) and supports voice control through Google Assistant and Amazon Alexa once it is on your WiFi - again with no gateway. Access can be managed remotely from anywhere: add and remove users, set timed, one-time and recurring codes, share e-Keys, and review access records. The interior back panel carries an electronic privacy lock button that places the lock in a secure state, blocking exterior electronic access until the administrator app or the mechanical key releases it. The lock body is rated IP55, tested to 250,000 operating cycles and 200 hours of salt-spray durability (per manufacturer specification), suits door thicknesses from 35-65mm, and includes two square shafts (60mm and 80mm) for different door depths. Fingerprint is an optional module - confirm availability at the time of ordering.

Battery, Power & Backup Access

- Low battery alarm sounds below 4.8V, with an app notification and an onboard indicator. Replace all four batteries at the same time - see our TTLock battery management guide.

Unlike the 59405, 59406 and 59407, which need the 59419 gateway for any remote feature, the 59410 has built-in 2.4GHz WiFi. The lock connects directly to your home WiFi network and talks to the TTLock cloud with no extra hardware. Remote unlock from anywhere, access history, timed PIN management and voice control via Google Assistant and Amazon Alexa are all available once the lock is connected. Power-saving mode and remote unlock: the 59410's WiFi has a power-saving setting in the TTLock app. With power-saving off, the lock stays connected to WiFi at all times so you can unlock it remotely whenever you like. With power-saving on, the lock only connects when it has something to report, which saves battery but means it cannot be opened remotely - it still uploads records and takes local unlocks. Choose the setting that matches how you use remote access.
Important - 2.4GHz only: the built-in WiFi supports 2.4GHz only and will not join a 5GHz network. Many modern routers use band steering, which can stop the lock connecting. Electronic Privacy Lock
The interior back panel has a privacy lock button. When it is active the door is secured from inside - the exterior keypad, RFID reader, Bluetooth app and WiFi remote cannot unlock it. Only the administrator app (via Bluetooth or WiFi) or the mechanical key override can release it. It is designed for when occupants are inside and do not want the door opened from outside by any digital method. Can I give guests or cleaners a temporary code?
Yes. Through the TTLock app you can issue timed, one-time and recurring PIN codes, or share an e-Key to someone's phone, and revoke either at any time. What RFID cards work with the 59410?
Three RFID cards come in the box, and the lock holds up to 200. Add more with the 59418 card-format fobs or the 59417 adhesive stickers, both confirmed compatible. More options are in the RFID fobs, tags and cards category. How RFID access works is explained in Chapter 03.

What is the anti-peeping passcode?
It lets you hide your real PIN in a longer string. Enter any random digits before or after your actual code, then press #, and the lock ignores the extras and reads the valid code inside - so anyone watching over your shoulder cannot tell which digits count. It is handy on a busy or overlooked doorway.

Can I use voice control?
Yes - once the lock is on WiFi you can link Google Assistant or Amazon Alexa for voice status and control, with no gateway required. Voice control depends on the WiFi connection, so if the network drops you fall back to the lock's local methods. The built-in WiFi section above has the detail.

Can I use it on a gate or a fully exposed door?
No. The 59410 is a residential door lock, not a gate lock, and the warranty excludes gate use. The IP55 rating covers the external module against spray and dust, but the lock should sit under an eave or in a sheltered spot rather than in constant sun or rain. No online registration is required. Complete and retain the physical warranty card included in the box along with your proof of purchase.
Exclusions - What This Warranty Does Not Cover
- Commercial installations - this lock is rated for residential use only
- Damage caused by water entering from the inside of the door (the exterior is rated IP55; internal water ingress is not covered)
- Installation on tongue-and-groove doors, where water can penetrate through the groove
- Installation on gates
- Prolonged direct exposure to sunlight or rain - the lock must be positioned under an eave or in a sheltered area
- Damage caused by use of lithium or rechargeable batteries - only high-quality alkaline AA batteries (4 x AA) are supported
- Damage resulting from incorrect installation, misuse, or failure to follow the installation instructions
- Normal wear and consumable items, including batteries
Important Notes
To maintain warranty coverage, the lock must be installed on a smooth, flat door surface with the rubber gasket correctly seated. Only 4 x AA alkaline batteries are supported - lithium and rechargeable batteries are not compatible and their use may void the warranty. Austyle products purchased from another retailer or website cannot be returned to Terry's Tradies Pty Ltd and its associated websites, trading names, and subsidiaries for warranty assessment.
