Lockwood Digital DX Mechanical Keypad Lockset with Key Override – 3572DXKO
The Lockwood 3572DXKO Digital DX Lockset is a mechanical keypad access lock designed to provide secure keyless entry for commercial doors. The lock operates without batteries, wiring or electronic components, relying instead on a mechanical push-button keypad mechanism.
Digital DX locksets are commonly used in environments where access control is required but electrical locking systems are unnecessary or undesirable. Because the system is entirely mechanical, the lock continues functioning regardless of electrical power availability.
This model includes a key override cylinder, allowing authorised personnel such as building managers, security staff or emergency services to unlock the door using a key when required.

Fire Door Compliance
The Lockwood 3572DXKO is commonly specified on fire door assemblies, but it should not be described as automatically fire compliant in every installation. Fire performance depends on the complete tested doorset, including the door, frame, mortice lock, furniture, cylinder preparation and installer compliance.
Within the broader Lockwood Selector mortice lock platform, fire testing applies to the full door assembly rather than the lockset in isolation. For Digital DX fire door applications, the rubber mounting pad must not be fitted where manufacturer instructions require its omission.
