The BORG Digital Adaptor Kit 3582 BTB is a conversion kit designed to suit Lockwood 3582 and 3782 mortice locks where dual external BORG keypads are required. This configuration replaces both the external and internal handles with keypads and enables back-to-back (BTB) digital access using compatible BORG 2000 Series or 4000 Series keypads.

- Locks that have been dismantled — dismantling invalidates the warranty

- Cosmetic damage not affecting function
How a Warranty Claim Works
Warranty claims for Borg products in Australia are processed through LSC, the authorised Australian importer and distributor for Borg Locks. If the returned item is found by LSC to be defective, it will be repaired or replaced. Products must be returned to the LSC office with freight charges prepaid within the warranty period. A detailed assessment report is provided to the customer after examination.
