Zanda Stealth Longplate Smart Lock - 60mm Backset - Mortice
The Zanda Stealth Longplate Smart Lock (Item Code: 1326) is a Bluetooth-enabled mortice lever lock designed for residential timber and aluminium doors. Unlike a standalone deadbolt, the Stealth Longplate is a complete smart lock set — it incorporates lever handles on both the external keypad panel and the internal back panel, providing full door operation without requiring a separate pull handle or passage set.
The lock provides five access methods: Bluetooth app control, PIN code, RFID card, fingerprint (optional configuration), and mechanical key override. It is managed via the TTLock mobile app (iOS and Android) for local access management within Bluetooth range. Remote access from anywhere with an internet connection requires pairing with a compatible Zanda Wi-Fi gateway (sold separately).
The Stealth Longplate is rated IP66 for weather resistance, suits door thicknesses of 35-65mm, and is available in four finishes: Matt Black, Brushed Nickel, Graphite Nickel, and Satin Brass. Two square shafts (60mm and 80mm) are included to accommodate different door depths. The lever handle direction on both front and rear panels is fully adjustable to suit left or right opening doors.

Battery, Power & Backup Access
- Powered by 4 x AA batteries — not included; install before commissioning the lock.
- Batteries are fitted in the internal back panel battery compartment.
- Low battery alerts are provided through the TTLock app and via the lock's onboard indicators.
- Mechanical key override provides physical backup entry if batteries are depleted or electronic access methods fail.
- Note: standby power consumption on smart locks of this type is relatively high — quality alkaline batteries are recommended for best service life.
Remote App Access (Optional – Gateway Required)
The Stealth Longplate communicates via Bluetooth. Within Bluetooth range, the TTLock app provides full lock management including unlocking, credential management, and access log review. Remote access from outside Bluetooth range requires pairing with a compatible Zanda Wi-Fi gateway (G2 or later, sold separately). Once the gateway is connected to your home Wi-Fi network, the lock can be managed from anywhere with an internet connection — including remote unlock, credential changes, and access history review.
Without a gateway, the lock operates fully as a standalone unit using onboard access methods: Bluetooth (in proximity), PIN code, RFID card, fingerprint (if fitted), and mechanical key.
Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need to buy a separate lever handle or pull handle with this lock?
No. The Stealth Longplate is a complete lock set with lever handles integrated into both the external and internal panels. It operates as the primary hardware on the door — no separate handle or passage set is required.
Does this lock connect directly to Wi-Fi?
No. The lock communicates via Bluetooth. Remote access requires a compatible Zanda Wi-Fi gateway (G2 or later) connected to your home network, which bridges the lock to the TTLock app for remote control from anywhere with internet access.
How do I set the lever handle direction?
The lever handle direction on both the front and rear panels is adjustable before installation. To change direction, loosen the inner hex screw on the handle counterclockwise, remove the handle, rotate it to the correct orientation, then reinsert and re-lock the hex screw. The square shaft triangle must also be set to point left or right to match the door handing. Refer to the installation instructions before drilling.
Which square shaft should I use?
Two shafts are included — 60mm and 80mm. The correct shaft depends on your door thickness. Select the shaft length that suits your door so the spindle connects the front and back panels correctly without play. Refer to the installation template for guidance.
What happens if I enter the wrong PIN code too many times?
If the wrong password is entered five consecutive times, the keypad locks out for 5 minutes. The lock can still be opened during this period using other access methods such as an RFID card, fingerprint (if fitted), or mechanical key.
Additional Information
Both the front and rear lever handles must be oriented to match the direction in which the door opens before installation. The inner hex screw is loosened to remove and refit each handle. The triangle on the square shaft spindle must also point in the correct direction (left or right). Setting handing incorrectly will cause the lock to malfunction. Confirm door handing before drilling any holes — follow the manufacturer installation instructions carefully.
The front and rear panels are connected by a wire that passes through the door. This wire hole must be drilled 65-110mm from the centre of the spindle shaft. If an existing hole is within this range, it can be reused. The wire must be fed through before the panels are fixed in position.
IP66 confirms the lock has been tested for complete protection against dust ingress and resistance to powerful water jets from any direction. This makes the Stealth Longplate suitable for external residential entry doors exposed to the elements. IP66 does not mean fully submersible — avoid direct immersion.
All new Zanda Stealth locks ship with a default TTLock password of 123456. This must be changed immediately after pairing with the app. Bluetooth must be enabled on your phone during initial setup. The lock is added via the TTLock app by touching the lock screen to wake it, then selecting "Add Lock" in the app.
The spec sheet lists fingerprint access as "(option)" — confirm whether the fingerprint module is included in your specific unit before ordering. For reliable fingerprint registration, fingers must be clean and dry. Each fingerprint can be assigned a start and end time for time-limited access control.
The Zanda Stealth Longplate (Item Code: 1326) is covered by a 7-year mechanical warranty and a 2-year electronic component warranty as specified for the Australian market.
