  1. Contact Terry’s Tradies Pty Ltd at your original place of purchase first — all warranty claims must be directed to the retailer where the product was purchased.

  2. Have your proof of purchase ready (receipt or order confirmation).
  3. If the fault is not immediately visible in person, provide clear photos showing the defect so the item can be assessed before a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) is approved.
  4. Do not return the item before receiving RMA approval — items returned without approval may be sent back to you at your cost.
  5. Once approved, you will receive return instructions. If the item is confirmed faulty, a prepaid return freight label will be provided to cover return shipping costs.
