The BL2301KSC is Borg's 2000-series mechanical digital lever keypad, supplied as a standalone outside keypad unit in satin chrome. It is the fully mechanical, battery-free lever front used across the Borg 2000-series retrofit platform - a single PIN opens the door, and the clutching lever means force on the handle achieves nothing until the correct code is entered.
This is a keypad-only unit. It is designed to replace a worn or damaged outside keypad on an existing Borg 2301 lever installation, or to pair with a Borg 2000-series adaptor kit to convert a compatible Lockwood mortice lock or deadlatch to keyless code entry. No latch, lock body, or inside handle is included.

This product is supplied as a keypad unit only. It does not include a latch, lock body, inside handle, strike plate, or fixing screws. It is designed for replacing a worn or damaged outside keypad on an existing Borg 2301 installation, or for retrofit builds using a Borg 2000-series adaptor kit where the lock body is sourced separately. This is a non-ECP model. To change the code, the keypad is removed from the door and the tumblers are repositioned at a bench using tweezers - a fiddly job best done by a locksmith or a confident DIYer. The keypad uses Borg's patented internal load plate to resist forced code entry, and the lever clutches - it free-spins until the correct code is entered, so leaning on or wrenching the handle cannot retract the latch. Together these make casual attack and code-guessing by feel far harder than on a basic keypad.

How to Make a Claim
- Contact Terry's Tradies Pty Ltd first if you purchased through us or one of its associated trading names - we will assess the issue and manage the warranty process with LSC on your behalf. You do not need to contact LSC or Borg Locks UK directly.
- Have your proof of purchase ready (receipt or order confirmation).
- Warranty claims for Borg products in Australia are processed through LSC, the authorised Australian importer and distributor. Where an item is returned to LSC, freight charges must be prepaid and the item returned within the warranty period.
- If LSC finds the returned item to be defective, it will be repaired or replaced, and a detailed assessment report is provided to the customer after examination.

You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
