To change the code, the lock comes off the door, the plate inside the keypad is unscrewed and the coded and un-coded pieces are moved with tweezers while C is held in. It works, but it is fiddly. Spare coded pieces let you set a code of three or four digits, or six or seven. How do I change the code?

Take the lock off the door, remove the screws and the plate over the code chamber, then hold C in and move the coded (red) and un-coded (blue) pieces with tweezers - never remove the C piece, and keep the square cut-outs facing out. - Warranty claims for Borg products in Australia are processed through LSC, the authorised Australian importer and distributor. Where an item is returned to LSC, freight charges must be prepaid and the item returned within the warranty period.
