Borg BL2000S Standard Spindle - Suits 2000 Series
The Borg BL2000S is the standard flat bar spindle for the Borg 2000 Series mechanical digital locks. It turns the follower between the outside keypad and the inside handle, and suits most doors of ordinary thickness.
It is supplied as a single spindle only, with no keypad, handle or latch. On a deeper door, choose the long 115mm spindle instead so the follower stays fully engaged. Borg's Australian distributor also lists it for Borg 4000 Series keypads.
The BL2000S is brought in to order and cannot be returned for change of mind, so confirm it is the right spindle for your lock and contact us for the current lead time before ordering. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law for faulty goods are unaffected.

Use this spindle when installing or servicing a Borg digital mechanical lock on a standard-thickness door, or to replace a worn or wrong-length spindle. It is one of the Borg lock spare parts for the 2000 Series.

Compatible Locks
The BL2000S is the standard spare spindle for the Borg 2000 Series knob and lever locks below. On a thicker door, use the long spindle instead; for extra-thick doors and gates there is the XXL extended spindle kit. Not sure how to measure? See measuring your door.
It is also the spare spindle for the replacement keypads - the BL2000KSCNEW and BL2000KPB knob keypads, the BL2301KSC lever keypad and the external grade BL2600KMG knob keypad - and Borg's Australian distributor lists it for Borg 4000 Series keypads.
Borg supplies some models with a single sprung spindle of their own - the BL2400 Easicode Pro lever, the 2600 Series Easicode Pro knob locks, the BL2700 key override locks and the 4400 Series Easicode Pro gate locks. A plain spindle may not suit those, so contact us and we will confirm the right part.

No. This is the drive spindle only. The 2000 Series accessories packet carries the wider spares set.
The 2600 Series has its own stainless steel 100mm spindle, the BL2600S220. This standard spindle is the spare listed for the external grade BL2600KMG replacement keypad.
It suits the 2000 Series Easicode Pro knob keypads, the BL2201SCECP and BL2901SCECP. The BL2400 Easicode Pro lever, the 2600 Series Easicode Pro knob locks, the BL2700 key override locks and the 4400 Series Easicode Pro gate locks come with a single sprung spindle of their own, so contact us for those.

Warranty
All Borg locks are warranted against mechanical defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service for a minimum of 12 months from date of sale. The warranty does not cover damage arising from misuse, vandalism, or improper installation. The lock must not be dismantled - doing so will invalidate the warranty. Proof of purchase required for all claims.

How to Make a Claim
- Contact Terry's Tradies Pty Ltd first if you purchased through us or one of its associated trading names - we will assess the issue and manage the warranty process with LSC on your behalf. You do not need to contact LSC or Borg Locks UK directly.
- Have your proof of purchase ready (receipt or order confirmation).
- Warranty claims for Borg products in Australia are processed through LSC, the authorised Australian importer and distributor. Where an item is returned to LSC, freight charges must be prepaid and the item returned within the warranty period.
- If LSC finds the returned item to be defective, it will be repaired or replaced, and a detailed assessment report is provided to the customer after examination.
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. The Borg manufacturer warranty above operates alongside - and does not limit - these statutory rights.
