Borg BL2000L Long Spindle - 115mm - Suits 2000 Series
The Borg BL2000L is the long 115mm flat bar spindle for the Borg 2000 Series mechanical digital locks. It passes through the door and turns the follower between the outside keypad and the inside handle, and it is the longer of the two single spindles - chosen where the standard spindle is not deep enough for the door.
It measures 115mm overall and is supplied as a single spindle only, with no keypad, handle or latch. Fit the longest spindle the door will take: one chosen too short can slip out of the follower when the door is slammed. Borg's Australian distributor also lists it for Borg 4000 Series keypads.

Compatible Locks
The BL2000L is the long spare spindle for the Borg 2000 Series knob and lever locks below. If you are choosing between the standard spindle and this long one, measure the door thickness first - see measuring your door in the Buyer's Guide.
It is also the long spare spindle for the 2000 Series replacement keypads - the BL2000KSCNEW and BL2000KPB knob keypads - and Borg's Australian distributor lists it for Borg 4000 Series keypads.
Borg supplies some models with a single sprung spindle of their own - the BL2400 Easicode Pro lever, the 2600 Series Easicode Pro knob locks, the BL2700 key override locks and the 4400 Series Easicode Pro gate locks. A plain spindle may not suit those, so contact us and we will confirm the right part.

Warranty
All Borg locks are warranted against mechanical defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service for a minimum of 12 months from date of sale. The warranty does not cover damage arising from misuse, vandalism, or improper installation. The lock must not be dismantled - doing so will invalidate the warranty. Proof of purchase required for all claims.

How to Make a Claim
- Contact Terry's Tradies Pty Ltd first if you purchased through us or one of its associated trading names - we will assess the issue and manage the warranty process with LSC on your behalf. You do not need to contact LSC or Borg Locks UK directly.
- Have your proof of purchase ready (receipt or order confirmation).
- Warranty claims for Borg products in Australia are processed through LSC, the authorised Australian importer and distributor. Where an item is returned to LSC, freight charges must be prepaid and the item returned within the warranty period.
- If LSC finds the returned item to be defective, it will be repaired or replaced, and a detailed assessment report is provided to the customer after examination.
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
