What is double authorisation and when should I use it?
Double authorisation requires both a valid RFID credential AND a valid PIN to be presented within a set time window to unlock the door. Neither alone will unlock. My door is not within 35–51mm thick or 60–70mm backset — will this fit?
No. Outside these ranges, the lock is not compatible and should not be fitted. A 127mm backset is not supported. Attempting to fit outside the certified door thickness range will also void the fire certification. Measure your door carefully before ordering. What bore hole size is required?
The CEL2-3IN1 requires the standard 54mm bore hole (face bore) found in most pre-drilled door blanks. If your door has a 60mm bore hole from a previous lock, you will need a retrofit backplate. Check door preparation dimensions in the installation instructions PDF on this page before cutting.

Yes. The keypad needs clearance from the screen door frame when both doors are in normal position. A gap of at least 35–40mm between the main door face and the screen door frame is typically needed. Measure before buying. See: Check clearance between door and security screen

How to Make a Claim

- Contact Terry's Tradies Pty Ltd (the place of purchase) in writing as soon as the defect becomes apparent - and no later than 14 days after the end of the applicable warranty period.
- Include in your written claim: a description of the defect, the date of supply, your contact details, and satisfactory proof of purchase.
- Do not return the product until a return authorisation number has been issued by Davcor. If return is required, the product must be in its original, complete, and saleable packaging.
- Davcor will test and assess the product. No claim is valid unless Davcor has confirmed a defect is present.
- Once a valid claim is confirmed, Davcor will - at its discretion - repair the defect, replace the product, or supply an equivalent product. If repair or replacement cannot be completed within a reasonable time, you may request a full refund, provided the product has been returned.
Delivery inspection: If you believe a product is defective or incorrectly supplied at the time of delivery, telephone notice must be given within 72 hours of receipt, with written notice (including full particulars) within 14 days of the invoice date.
