Powered by 4 AA Duracell batteries, it can last up to 12 months with standard use (10 openings per day). The ML-X3 is designed for easy installation, fitting into a standard 54mm hole or retrofitting into an existing keyed deadbolt. It includes an adjustable 60mm to 70mm deadbolt, making it adaptable for door widths ranging from 35mm to 50mm.

The ML-X3 works seamlessly with the TTLock App, enabling you to manage access via E-keys, pin codes, RFID cards/fobs, and fingerprints. You can easily grant and control access to family, friends, clients, or tradesmen, with options to set permissions for specific weeks, days, or hours. The lock also provides an audit trail through the app, allowing you to view access records. When paired with a G2 gateway, the ML-X3 can be Wi-Fi enabled for remote access from anywhere.

For optimal performance and warranty protection, ensure that a roller catch/latch is used to keep the door properly aligned.

- Duration: Twelve (12) months from the date of installation.

McGrath Locks Product Warranty
- Subject to the conditions, exclusions, and limitations outlined below, our products are free from defects for the following warranty periods:
- Electronic Products: Twelve (12) months.
  - Additional Extended Warranty: If a licensed and accredited Locksmith/Security professional installs the product, we offer an extra 12 months of coverage. Proof of installation (e.g., an invoice of works) is required.
- External Housing: All products come with a standard 12-month warranty.
  - Additional Extended Warranty: When installed by a licensed and accredited Locksmith/Security professional, we extend this warranty by another 12 months.
- PCB Boards and Electrical Components: Covered for 12 months.
  - Additional Extended Warranty: Installation by a licensed professional grants an extra 12 months of protection. Proof of installation is necessary.
