  1. Installation Labor and Services Warranty
    • Duration: Twelve (12) months from the date of installation.
    • Coverage: Our skilled technicians guarantee the quality of their work during this period.
  2. Yale/Lockwood Products Product Warranty
    • Subject to the conditions, exclusions, and limitations outlined below, our products are free from defects for the following warranty periods:
    • Electronic Products: Twelve (12) months.
      • Additional Extended Warranty: If a licensed and accredited Locksmith/Security professional installs the product, we offer an extra 12 months of coverage. Proof of installation (e.g., an invoice of works) is required.
    • External Housing: All products come with a standard 12-month warranty.
      • Additional Extended Warranty: When installed by a licensed and accredited Locksmith/Security professional, we extend this warranty by another 12 months.
    • PCB Boards and Electrical Components: Covered for 12 months.
      • Additional Extended Warranty: Installation by a licensed professional grants an extra 12 months of protection. Proof of installation is necessary.
