Access is controlled via a resettable 4-wheel mechanical dial combination. The padlock-style shackle allows portable installation on suitable rails, hasps, or fixtures. The vinyl-coated shackle helps reduce surface marking on the fitting. No battery, app, or connectivity is required - the KG737C operates entirely mechanically.

- If the fault is not immediately visible in person, provide clear photos showing the defect so the item can be assessed before a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) is approved.
- Do not return the item before receiving RMA approval — items returned without approval may be sent back to you at your cost.
- Once approved, you will receive return instructions. If the item is confirmed faulty, a prepaid return freight label will be provided to cover return shipping costs.
