The Borg BL5401KSSDDAECP Keypad Only is the outside keypad and AS1428.1 flat bar lever from Borg's BL5401 satin stainless Easicode Pro DDA lock, sold on its own as a replacement keypad only. It matches the Borg BL5401SSDDAECP - see Compatible Borg Locks and Lockwood Conversions.
Like every lock in our mechanical digital range, it needs no batteries, wiring or app. Borg makes the BL5400 Easicode Pro for medium to heavy duty doors, and the code changes on the door with the change key in the box. Take the keypad off the door and turn it over: the 10 portholes on the back line up with the 10 number buttons. Press C, then read the lines - red lines closest to the centre of a porthole are coded digits, blue lines are not. Every coded button must be pressed, in any order. What do the two plugs in the box do?
Both are optional and fit into the back of the keypad, dome up, before it goes on the door. The code change deactivation plug goes in the arrow-marked hole at the top centre and stops the code being changed on the door; the free passage deactivation plug goes in the F slot and switches the F button off. Each works until the keypad is taken off the door.

- Warranty claims for Borg products in Australia are processed through LSC, the authorised Australian importer and distributor. Where an item is returned to LSC, freight charges must be prepaid and the item returned within the warranty period.
- If LSC finds the returned item to be defective, it will be repaired or replaced, and a detailed assessment report is provided to the customer after examination.
