The Lockwood Cortex CTXCARD-05 is a pack of five genuine Lockwood Cortex RFID access cards in Satin Chrome finish. These cards are used as replacement or additional user credentials in Lockwood Cortex digital lockset installations. Each Cortex lockset ships with 2 cards included and supports up to 40 enrolled cards in total. This pack allows site managers and installers to expand user capacity or replace lost or damaged credentials without the need to reset or re-programme the entire system.

Cards must be enrolled into the Cortex system before use. They are not pre-programmed.

  • Satin Chrome vs Red Cards:
    Cortex spare cards are available in Satin Chrome (this product) and Red. Red cards are commonly used on sites where visual distinction between user credential types is required - for example, master users vs standard users, or different access zones. The card colour has no effect on function or programming.
  • Lost or Stolen Cards:
    If a card is lost or stolen, it can be deleted from the Cortex system individually using its assigned user ID and the Master Code. No other enrolled cards are affected by deleting a single user.

  • Mechanical components: 25 years
  • Electrical and electronic components: 2 years (excluding batteries)
Cosmetic finishes, batteries, normal wear and tear, misuse, unauthorised modification, corrosion and labour or freight costs are excluded.
This warranty operates in addition to rights available under the Australian Consumer Law.
