Austyle 59410 Smart Digital Lever Set - Latch - Matt Black
The Austyle 59410 is a smart digital lever latch set that retrofits onto existing Australian mortice doors without requiring a new lock body. It combines five access methods - Bluetooth app, PIN code, RFID card, fingerprint (optional), and mechanical key - with built-in 2.4GHz WiFi for remote access directly through the TTLock app, with no separate gateway hardware required. This is the defining differentiator of the 59410 versus the 59405 and 59406, which require the 59419 gateway hub for any remote access feature.
The 59410 is managed through the TTLock app (iOS and Android) and supports voice control via Google Assistant 
and Amazon Alexa 
when connected to WiFi - no gateway required for either. The interior back panel includes an electronic privacy lock button that places the lock in a secure state, preventing exterior electronic access; only the administrator app or mechanical key can override it.
The lock body is rated IP55 and tested to 250,000 operating cycles and 200 hours of salt-spray durability. It suits door thicknesses from 35-65mm and includes two square shafts (60mm and 80mm) for different door depths. Fingerprint access is an optional module - confirm availability at time of ordering.

Battery, Power & Backup Access
- Powered by 4 x AA alkaline batteries (6V total) - not included. Alkaline batteries only; lithium and rechargeable batteries are not supported.
- Low battery alarm activates below 4.8V via app notification and onboard indicator. Replace all four batteries at the same time.
- USB emergency power input - connect an external power bank when batteries are fully depleted, then use any electronic credential to unlock.
- Mechanical key override provides physical backup access at all times, including when the privacy lock is active. Keep at least one key accessible outside the door.
Built-in WiFi & Remote Access
Unlike the 59405, 59406, and 59407 which require the 59419 gateway for any remote feature, the 59410 includes built-in 2.4GHz WiFi. The lock connects directly to your home WiFi network and communicates with the TTLock cloud without any additional hardware. Remote unlock from anywhere, access history, timed PIN code management, and voice control via Google Assistant and Amazon Alexa are all available as soon as the lock is connected.
Important - 2.4GHz only: The built-in WiFi module supports 2.4GHz only - it will not connect to a 5GHz network. Many modern routers use band steering which may prevent the lock from connecting. No. The 59410 has built-in 2.4GHz WiFi and connects directly to your home router - no gateway hardware is required. Remote unlock, access history, timed PIN codes, and voice control all work without the 59419. No. Fingerprint access is an optional module on the 59410 - it must be confirmed as available and selected at the time of ordering. If you require fingerprint access, confirm with Terry's before purchasing. All other access methods (Bluetooth, WiFi, PIN, RFID, mechanical key) are standard.
No. The 59410 retrofits onto an existing mortice door - it includes a latch body but no mortice lock body. The lever set connects to the existing mortice in the door. If your door does not have an existing mortice lock installed, you will need to supply a separate compatible mortice. The handle direction is adjustable on both the front and rear panels for left or right opening doors. The adjustment is made by repositioning the handle on each panel per the instructions in the user manual. Long-press the reset button beneath the battery cover on the interior back panel for 5 seconds until you hear "Please Input Initialisation Passcode," then enter 000# on the keypad. All stored users, codes, and credentials are cleared. Re-link the lock to your TTLock account from scratch. Additional Information
The built-in WiFi module supports 2.4GHz networks only. Dual-band routers that use automatic band steering may push the lock to 5GHz and prevent it from connecting. If you experience WiFi setup issues, separate your 2.4GHz and 5GHz networks in your router settings and connect the lock to the 2.4GHz network specifically. IP55 means the exterior panel is tested against water spray from any direction and dust ingress. The lock must not be installed in prolonged direct rain or sunlight - position under an eave or in a sheltered area. Not suitable for tongue-and-groove doors or gate installation. Only high-quality alkaline AA batteries (4 x AA, 6V total) are supported. Lithium and rechargeable batteries cannot be used. Note that the built-in WiFi module draws additional power versus Bluetooth-only locks - replace batteries promptly when the low battery alarm activates. See our TTLock battery management guide.
The first TTLock account to add this lock becomes the administrator. If transferring administration or recommissioning a previously used lock, perform a factory reset before setup. Exclusions — What This Warranty Does Not Cover
- Commercial installations — this lock is rated for residential use only
- Damage caused by water entering from the inside of the door (the exterior is rated IP55; internal water ingress is not covered)
- Installation on tongue-and-groove doors, where water can penetrate through the groove
- Installation on gates
- Prolonged direct exposure to sunlight or rain — the lock must be positioned under an eave or in a sheltered area
- Damage caused by use of lithium or rechargeable batteries — only high-quality alkaline AA batteries (4 × AA) are supported
- Damage resulting from incorrect installation, misuse, or failure to follow the installation instructions
