The E-SP66/75 is a genuine ASSA ABLOY spindle kit for the Aperio E100 Wireless Escutcheon, covering the 66mm to 75mm door thickness band. The E100 is supplied for a given door thickness range, and a thicker door needs a longer spindle assembly to reach through it.
It is a mechanical fixing component with no electronics. Finished in Satin Stainless Steel, matching the E100 escutcheon.
This is a spindle assembly for an Aperio E100 escutcheon. It contains no reader, no radio, no battery and no locking mechanism. Measure your door thickness before ordering - the spindle band is what makes the escutcheon fit, and the wrong band will not reach or will protrude.
This is a restricted product supplied to accredited installers only. It is a special order item and is non-returnable unless faulty. Confirm Aperio system compatibility before ordering.
ASSA ABLOY's published E100 spare parts list covers the E-SP35/45 (35 to 45mm) and E-SP45/55 (45 to 55mm) kits. This kit covers 66 to 75mm, which sits inside the E100's stated door range of 35mm to 85mm but is not itself in the published list. If your door falls between 55mm and 66mm, ask us rather than assuming an intermediate kit exists - we will not guess a part number.

Yes. The E100 cover plate pair is 1.2mm per plate, so a pair adds 2.4mm to the effective door thickness. ASSA ABLOY says to allow for this in the spindle length. Measure the door, then add 2.4mm if you are fitting plates.
ASSA ABLOY says special tools may be required and publishes a spindle change tool as part number 500ZB-S-TOOL. We do not stock it but can order it.
Additional Information
The catalogue's E100 spare parts list on page 21 contains exactly two entries: E-SP35/45 and E-SP45/55. This kit is not in that list, though its band sits comfortably inside the E100's published 35mm to 85mm door range. The part exists and we sell it; ASSA ABLOY simply has not published it in the document we hold.
ASSA ABLOY's Australian E100 table states a 7.6mm spindle, while the European technical data for the same product states 8mm. For an Australian installation the Australian figure is the one to work to. If you are matching an existing spindle, measure it rather than relying on either number.
